The material of the project is coke dry quenching which produces plenty of fine dust in the processes of transportation, screening and furnace feeding. Since the raw material contains a certain temperature and the difference between indoor and outdoor temperature is large, the original bag filter is often blocked and hardly to be used. What’s more, the raw material has strict requirements for increasing the water content, which is a long-standing problem of the plant.
In 2015, it adopted three kinds of 新葡萄在线8883官网 equipment, and fundamentally controlled the pollution. After the internal evaluation by various departments of the plant, the moisture content increased by only 3‱, the dust removal rate reached 99.79%. The dust concentration of six points in the plant was 1.4-4.7mg/m³, which was lower than 8mg/m³ and completely met the national environmental protection requirements.
